Harmonising Mental Wellbeing and Horticulture
About Me.
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or struggling with language barriers?
AAGarden is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and let nature do the healing. Through therapeutic gardening, we create a welcoming community where connection happens naturally—No gardening experience or advanced English skills needed—just an open mind.
We've seen how gardening can help people feel grounded, reduce stress, and build confidence—especially for those who find verbal communication challenging. Our goal is to make therapeutic gardening accessible to everyone who needs it
Mission
We believe nature has the power to restore balance and bring people together.
Our partners include healthcare providers, community groups,
